Arrivals: Please arrive a few minutes early to enjoy your full session. Late arrivals may shorten your time.

Cancellations: Kindly give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, or a fee may apply.

Memberships: Auto-billed monthly, with member benefits, and can be paused or canceled with advance notice.

Packages & Gift Cards: Non-refundable, transferable, and valid for 3 months to a Year

Health & Safety: Share any health changes before your session so we can care for you properly.

Professional Space: Any inappropriate behavior ends the session immediately.
